Write down the exact numeric code the Kobra 3 Max shows, not just the short on-screen message. Anycubic documents Kobra 3 Max faults individually on its wiki by code number, for example CODE 11534 for a failed automatic leveling attempt or CODE 10130 for a Z-axis zeroing failure, and the short message alone often isn’t enough to tell two similar faults apart.
Look the code up on Anycubic’s Kobra 3 Max-specific wiki page, not the standard Kobra 3 page. The Max shares its LeviQ auto-leveling and general design with the smaller Kobra 3, but its larger bed and printhead assembly get their own documented codes, and the same number can point to a different part on the two machines.
Match the fix to the category the code names. A leveling code, such as CODE 11534 or CODE 10237, usually means checking that the print head’s air nozzle and quick-release nozzle are seated correctly, or that the strain gauge assembly is clean, before rerunning leveling. A Z-axis or motor code, such as CODE 10130 or CODE 10129, points to the axis sensor harness or the motherboard wiring and accelerometer connections, checked with the printer powered off. A Kobra 3 Max Combo color-engine code, CODE 11524, means checking that unit’s power and signal cable first.
Don’t reach for a factory reset as the first response. A reset clears calibration data without fixing a dirty probe, a loose connector or an obstruction on an axis, and it makes an intermittent fault harder to reproduce if Anycubic support needs to see it later.
Stop and contact Anycubic support for a code that returns after the documented fix, any heater-related code, or a burning smell or damaged mains cable. Don’t open the power supply or bypass a safety sensor to keep a print running.
