Creality now documents both the K1C and K1C 2025 on the same support hub. Read the label on your machine and use the matching section of the current K1C manual.
Set the enclosure on a level, rigid surface with space for the door, top cover, rear connections and side spool path. Remove all foam, tape and marked bed restraints before powering on. Look through the chamber from several angles; small packing pieces are easy to miss behind the bed.
Install the display, spool holder and filament guide exactly as shown for your revision. Route the filament so the spool feeds without a tight bend. Keep cables and PTFE tubes away from the toolhead’s full CoreXY travel.
Check the mains-voltage setting where your regional model has a selector, then connect the supplied grounded power cord. Start the printer and follow its language, network and device prompts. Firmware should come from Creality’s page for the exact K1C revision.
Run the full equipment self-check and automatic leveling with the build plate installed and clean. The printer will heat and move quickly. Leave the chamber empty and do not rest anything on the enclosure during vibration measurement.
Before the first print, inspect the nozzle, wipe the plate by its approved cleaning method and clear the purge area. Setup is complete only when self-check passes and the machine can home without impact, grinding or cable contact.

Once self-check and leveling pass, move on to loading a sample file and reading the early layers through the enclosure door.
